As every Loop & Lace piece is carefully handmade, please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
During new collection launches or busy period, processing may take a little longer, We truly appreciate your patience.

Tracking is available for all Uk Tracked and International Tracked orders.
Once your order had been dispatch, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please note that UK Standard Shipping does not include tracking.

For damaged items, please contact us with 5 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the parcel and the item so we can investigate. Unfortunately, we may not be able to process claims reported after this period.
