We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
We are working on expanding our shipping options and plan to offer international delivery in the future. If you are outside the UK and interested in our bracelets, please contact us and we will let you know as soon as international shipping becomes available.

♡ Processing Time
As every Loop & Lace piece is carefully handmade, please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
During new collection launches or busy period, processing may take a little longer, We truly appreciate your patience.
♡ Order Tracking
Tracking is available for all Uk Tracked orders. Once your order had been dispatch, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

♡ Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your order is significantly delayed. lost, or arrives damaged, pelase contact us as soon as possible . We'll be happy to assist you and work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issues.
For damaged items, please contact us with 5 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the parcel and the item so we can investigate. Unfortunately, we may not be able to process claims reported after this period.
